If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible equipment within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in its original packaging including all certifications and manuals.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our distribution center using a tracked and insured courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
